Yes. We offer flexible installment plans on most of our estate developments, including off-plan projects. Payment terms vary per property — contact us and we’ll work out a plan that fits your budget and timeline.
Absolutely. Every property we list comes with verified documentation — Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Governor’s Consent, Survey Plans, or Gazette as applicable. We never list a property without confirming its legal status.
Yes. We work with many diaspora clients in the UK, US, Canada and Europe. We handle virtual tours, digital documentation, secure escrow arrangements and can represent you through every stage of the purchase — no physical presence required.
We are currently active in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Delta States. Our flagship estates are in Lagos (Badore Ajah and Ibeju-Lekki) with our newest development, Stone Bridge, located in Sagamu, Ogun State.
For outright purchases, most transactions are completed within 2–4 weeks after initial payment. For installment plans, the process begins immediately upon your first payment and title transfer occurs upon full payment completion.
